Check in / Check out

Check out is at 12pm and check in is at 3pm. Guests are welcome to check-in earlier and can enter their room if it is ready. If not, they can leave their luggage at reception and can use all common areas until the room is ready.

Private Transfer

We are happy to arrange private transfers from and to the airport, the train station and others destinations in Morocco. We can also book the private shuttle service for excursions in the surroundings of Fez.

Laundry & Ironing

Please give your items to housekeeping and they will be returned to you the next day

Concierge

We’re happy to arrange for bespoke cultural tours of Fez medina, shopping trips, cooking classes and visits to the heritage sites out-of-town. We can also arrange concert tickets and reservations in the best restaurants in the region. Do not hesitate to ask the Reception for more details.

Parking

Karawan Riad is located in a pedestrian area of the medina and does not provide a private parking. Bab Jdid – Rcif parking is a new and large paying guarded public parking lot at the entrance of the medina (reservation is not needed) and costs 40,00 dhs (4 € / 5 $ per day).
